Season 2026
Our field kitchen will reopen this spring on April 5.
In April, May, and October we are open every weekend for lunch.
From June to September we welcome guests on Saturday and Monday evenings for dinner, and on Sundays for lunch.
On Saturdays we invite our guests to gather around a convivial communal table. Each month we serve a different menu, entirely based on produce from our garden and enhanced by cooking over an open fire.
On Sundays we offer an à la carte brunch, with both sweet and savory dishes designed to be shared.
At Radical, our kitchen places the ingredients we grow in our fields at the center of everything we do, respecting their natural rhythm and seasonality.
Ours is a sincere cuisine, rooted in living ingredients, care, and respect. We believe that our work as cooks also carries a responsibility: to raise awareness among those who sit at our table, to share the story of the land that surrounds us, and to promote a conscious way of eating that respects both the earth and the people who work it.
