La cucina

Stagione 2026 

La nostra cucina di campo riapre questa primavera il 5 aprile.

Ad aprile, maggio e ottobre siamo aperti tutti i fine settimana a pranzo.

Da giugno a settembre apriamo invece sabato e lunedì a cena, e domenica a pranzo.

Il sabato invitiamo i nostri ospiti a una tavolata conviviale, con un menu che cambia ogni mese, interamente basato sui prodotti del nostro orto ed esaltato dalla cottura sul fuoco vivo.

Il menu è di 6 portate a 45€ per persona.

La domenica proponiamo invece un brunch alla carta, con piatti dolci e salati pensati per essere condivisi.

La cucina di Radical mette al centro gli ingredienti che coltiviamo nei nostri campi, rispettandone il ritmo e la stagionalità.

È una cucina sincera, fatta di materia viva, attenzione e rispetto. Crediamo che il nostro lavoro di cuochi abbia anche la responsabilità di sensibilizzare chi si siede a tavola: raccontare il territorio che ci circonda e promuovere un’alimentazione consapevole, che rispetti la terra e le persone.
