The farm
In Lavagna, in the heart of Liguria just few steps from the sea, we have our roots in regenerative agriculture, which we apply both in our vegetable gardens and on the surrounding land.
We practice soil regeneration by limiting tillage, using a few hand tools and our four hands, and relying on ancient cultivation techniques such as plant associations. This commits us to preserving the richness of the soil and its microorganisms.
Increasing biodiversity plays a key role in a healthy and balanced ecosystem. Step by step we are making this possible by creating hospitable environments for all living things and promoting the diversity of plants, shrubs, and flowers.
This work results in a more sustainable circle; by cooking and storing the food we produce, nothing is wasted.
