Lunedì 2 Giugno, avremo il piacere di accogliere la cucina itinerante di Bar Versini.  Con base in Emilia Romagna, il progetto di Alessandra, Rachele e Stefano si distingue per l’approccio innovativo, con una cucina dinamica che cambia continuamente adattandosi al contesto e alle stagioni. 

Ogni piatto è pensato per raccontare una storia, e una visione contemporanea che va oltre il semplice atto del mangiare. Per questo motivo, ci siamo subito trovati a condividere con loro una visione comune di un’alimentazione che promuove la sostenibilità e l’uso responsabile delle risorse naturali.

On Monday, June 2nd, we will have the pleasure of hosting the traveling cuisine of Bar Versini. Based in Emilia Romagna, the project by Alessandra, Rachele, and Stefano stands out for its innovative approach, with a dynamic cuisine that constantly changes, adapting to the context and the seasons.

Each dish is designed to tell a story and offer a contemporary vision that goes beyond the simple act of eating. For this reason, we immediately found a shared vision with them, one that promotes sustainability and the responsible use of natural resources.
